U.S. MILITARY ORIGINAL RAMRODS AND CLEANING RODS TO COMPLETE MUSKETS AND RIFLES 1803-1916:  I was able to acquire this small cache of original ramrods and cleaning rods from an old estate.  Finding this selection of original rods in one location is almost unheard of in today’s market and once these are gone I have little expectation that I would be able to offer this sort of selection in the future.

In addition to those rods identified to US Martial Long Arms, there are also a few from unidentified arms that you may be able to use to complete a foreign or civilian gunsmith made rifle or musket.

All of these rods are full length unless otherwise stated, are straight with no bends or kinks, and are in overall very good to excellent condition.

Each rod is listed below individually with accompanying photographs.

ORIGINAL MODEL 1803 HARPERS FERRY RIFLE RAMROD:  Full length with the wiper threads at the lower end, this rod measures 33” long.  Overall smooth with very minor pitting, this rod is virtually impossible to find on the loose – probably a once in a lifetime offering of this very rare ramrod.  (0701)  $950
