WINCHESTER .22 SHORT GREEN LABEL BOX:
This is an early 20th Century Winchester .22
RF Short box, dating
ca.
1908 based on the coding on the top label.
Empty
and worn as you can see in the photos, the front label
is still intact and legible despite the wear. The
two long side panels of the label are present with some
wear and one end panel label is mostly intact. The
box is structurally sound with no open edges, split
corners, or misshaping. It is worn and tired - far
from being pristine - but as with any early, green label
Winchester box, it is still very collectable. (0340) $20

“KLEANBORE” LABELED FULL BOXES OF REMINGTON-UMC
.22 RIM FIRE CARTRIDGES – ca. 1930's:
These are the very desirable green panel boxes,
with the "KLEANBORE"
dog-bone shaped call out panels in the label.

This full box of
cartridges is in excellent condition with a complete and legible
top label, as is
the bottom “KLEANBORE Guarantee” label which bears the
ink stamped lot numbers. The side and end labels are
complete and fully legible. The box is full form with
no misshaping. Overall an excellent box.

This full box of
cartridges is in excellent condition with a complete and legible
top label. The bottom “KLEANBORE Guarantee” label
shows some shelf scuffing, but is still solid. The side and end labels are
complete and fully legible. The box is full form with
no misshaping. Overall an excellent box.
