M-1 RIFLE REAR SIGHT M-2 AIMING DEVICE – COACHING
TRAINING MIRROR - NEW IN THE ORIGINAL BOX:
These USGI M-1 Garand Rifle Rear Sight Aiming Devices
were attached to the trainee’s rifle in order that the
instructors could see the shooter’s sight picture during
training sessions on the range. The mirror reflected
the sight picture at the instant the shot was fired, and
the instructor could then take corrective action to
improve the shooter’s results.
In “like new” unissued condition in the original box,
these were obtained right out of the original packing
crate. The aiming device shows no sign of use or wear
and 100% of the original Parkerized finish is intact.
The boxes are full form with a legible printed legend.
All of the boxes in this lot have adhesive tape residue
where they were taped together in bundles in the crate,
but the boxes are in otherwise unissued condition.
This is a nice accessory to display with your rifle.
