TRAPDOOR PISTOL GRIP SCREW: As used to
secure the walnut pistol grip on the Officer’s Model and
the checkered steel pistol grips issued
to the troops, this longer coarse threaded screw is an
exact replica of the original screws. This longer screw
replaced the standard length screw that secures the
lower trigger guard tang.
I have obtained a very limited quantity of these screws
– the last of small number produced by a master
machinist who used an original as his pattern. $10 each
