ORIGINAL MODEL 1851 COLT NAVY REVOLVER CYLINDER:
Hard to find in the loose, this is an original cylinder
for the Model 1851 Colt Navy Pistol. Complete with all
six percussion cones, this cylinder is in very nice
condition with sharp edges and no significant aging and
no damage. There are traces of the cylinder scene
remaining, the majority of which was polished away when
the cylinder went through one of the refurbishing
efforts during the period of the pistol’s use. The Colt
Patent stamp and the serial number are both very legible
and clear. Overall, this cylinder does not appear to
have suffered from hard use or any abuse, and it would
be a good piece to complete your Colt Navy.
