IVORY PERCUSSION CAP BOTTLE – RARE ACCESSORY TO
COMPLETE A CASED PISTOL OR RIFLE – EXCELLENT CONDITION:
This antique Ivory Percussion Cap Bottle is a perfect
accessory to complete a high quality cased pistol or
rifle.
Measuring 1 5/8” high and 1” in diameter, the bottle
retains the original threaded cap which features a
series of concentric rings turned into the top surface.
The bottom of the bottle is fitted with a matching ivory
slab which fits the inner diameter of the bottle
perfectly. The threads in the cap and on the mouth of
the bottle are fully intact and mate properly. The
ivory is clear grained without any cracks, splits or
other damage, and it has a nicely aged patina.
These accessories for the higher grade cased sets seldom
appear on the market and this is a particularly nice
example.
