With tan paper covers, this 43 page manual contains photographs, diagrams, nomenclature, part, and tool charts, instruction on the expected subjects of maintenance and operation in order to train soldiers issued the Model 1940 Indian and Model 1940 Harley Davidson (Models 45 and 74) Motorcycles, to include those models equipped with a side car.
